Finding a team that would do outdoor demo and at a smaller, residential scale was difficult. PWN Demolition had a reasonable quote and were able to start within a week. Husam Saqallah2023-05-23Whoever thinks that demolition is just 'breaking things up and hauling them away' and whoever thinks that working with contractors is a pain in the neck, they need to think again. Steve and crew are in a class of their own. Steve sent his crew to assess the work and we together created a list of what needs to be demoed. I got an estimate and we had a verbal agreement. The crew showed up two days later and they were on it like machines. Steve was honest and transparent about what would not look good upon finishing (and I totally appreciated knowing that before a single nail was removed.) My advice to customers is to do their homework and be very clear on what they need. Steve and crew will deliver. Steve was even calling me daily to check on progress (all without a down payment or signed contract!). Thank you PNW Demolition for proving that 'not all contractors are the same.' You guys rock! (Two other contractors didn't believe the fee I paid for the work done.
